Yes!! Mr Tiffles delivers letters worldwide, no matter where you are. Whether youโre tucked in a busy city or a quiet little corner of the world, your letter will find its way to you.โจ
Because each letter is lovingly created and sent specifically for you, I'm unable to offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.
However, if your letter arrives damaged or goes missing along the way, please reach out!! I'll always do my best to make sure it finds its way to you.โจ
All letters are sent from The Burrow using traditional post, the old-fashioned way!! There is no tracking or express delivery. Instead, each letter arrives just as itโs meant to. Letters leave The Burrow on the 15th of each month, and from there typically take around 1โ4 weeks to reach you, depending on where you are in the world. โจ
You can absolutely gift a letter or a subscription. In fact, Mr Tiffles is especially fond of gifting parcels (he insists they carry extra joy). You can send a one-off letter or a recurring subscription to someone special, and weโll make sure it arrives as a little surprise in their letterbox. โจ
Wellโฆ Mr Tiffles is a little Echidna who believes receiving mail is like taking a bite of something warm, magical, and comforting. Heโs also the one who delivers all your letters. Of course, every journey includes the important pauses, resting on mushroom stools, enjoying a little tea break, and always finding time for a fresh custard tart along the way. ๐โจ
